Who we are
Garelli Prestige Properties is an estate agency with offices at 14 Aldersey Walk, London W8 and 9 Danecourt Mews, London SW3. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us, and we handle it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
Only what a viewing, a valuation or a sale requires: your name and contact details, the homes you ask about, the times that suit you and anything you choose to tell us. When you buy or sell through us, the law also asks us to confirm your identity and the source of your funds.
How we use it
To arrange viewings and valuations, to answer your enquiries, to keep you informed while a sale goes through and to meet our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering checks. With your permission, and only then, we write to you about homes before they are listed. We do not sell your information.
Who else sees it
The partner who looks after your enquiry, and the few services that help us work: our email and forms provider, our property software and, when a sale goes ahead, the solicitors on both sides. Each may use your information for that purpose alone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for two years after we last spoke. Records of a sale for as long as the law requires, usually five years after it completes.
Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to take it elsewhere or to have it erased, and you may withdraw a permission at any time. Write to office@garelliprestige.com. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The homes, prices and descriptions on this site are here to help you decide whether to view. They are not an offer, and nothing on the site forms part of a contract.
Viewings
Every viewing is accompanied by a Garelli partner and arranged in advance. We may ask for identification before a first viewing, and a seller may ask us to confirm that a buyer can proceed.
Offers
Offers are made to us and passed to the seller in writing. A sale is agreed only when both sides have confirmed it, and it binds no one until contracts are exchanged through your solicitors.
Our content
The text, photographs and floor plans on this site belong to Garelli or to the people who made them, and may not be copied without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is brought before its courts.

What we use

We want this site to work for everyone. It aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA: text can be enlarged, images carry descriptions, every page can be used with a keyboard, and movement is reduced when your device asks for it.
Viewings
Our Kensington office is step-free from the street. If you need a viewing arranged around access, tell us before you come and we will describe each house exactly: steps, stairs, lifts and doorways.
